"GETTING THE BEST POSSIBLE TENANT FOR YOUR INVESTMENT PROPERTY"

Professional Marketing

We believe that in order to effectively market a property a professional approach, similar to a sales marketing campaign, should be employed to attract the best and most suitable tenants. All our advertisements for rental properties have lots of photos and detailed and creative scripts outlining the property, all its features and the advantages of the properties location. To view our professional marketing, please feel free to browse through our current listings under the ‘available’ or 'leased' heading on this website.

We show properties 7 days a week

Our Property Management office is open for your convenience 6 days a week (excluding public holidays). We understand that often tenants seeking quality rental properties require after hours or weekend appointments, and we know that the management of rental properties doesn’t stop on Friday at 5pm. Our property managers are happy to hold open inspections at your property after hours and on weekends to ensure maximum exposure, therefore guaranteeing you a better tenant, faster.

Superior tenant selection process

Quality tenants are highly prized and our management team is skilled at screening tenancy applications. We want to ensure that our property owners get the calibre of renters they deserve and we believe that the screening process is one of the most important parts of the tenancy.

That’s why we adopt a 6 step screening process on each and every rental applicant.

  •  screen all applicants through national tenancy database
  •  contact former and current landlords for verbal references
  •  do a verification of the applicants employment and income
  •  speak to the applicants employer directly as a character reference
  •  obtain 100 points of identification from each applicant
  •  do a thorough check of personal references for each applicant.

Once we have made the necessary checks and believe the application is ready to present to you, we will contact you for a decision. You will always have the final say about who rents your property. We won’t recommend to you anyone that we don’t believe is going to be a good tenant who looks after your property.

Education to tenants

We believe that a good tenant and successful tenancy can be achieved by educating tenants from the very beginning. All our tenants receive a ‘tenant handbook’ which they are required to read and sign before leasing the property. In this handbook, we outline all the expectations we have for tenants of our Property Management.
